Wonderful way to bring in Spring. The food the wines, the art and the serrvice which was outstanding. Made for a most enjoyable evening. A million thanks to the Staff of the Grand Hyatt and especially to the Fizz Bar manager. This is a video clip of the en tree course. In the middle is lobster in a white asparagus surrounded with a barrel of green baby asparagus stalks from Nagasaki and topped with caviar. Some endive lettuce and a mussel in a delicate dressing. The video pans to Dr. Yano and his wife and then to Todd and his wife ending on Taneyo Miyazaki a Japanese teacher to many of the foreigner students who live in Fukuoka.
