Would I be healthy if I just ate mostly just Raw Organic Food Bars?

I’ve been eating a ton of these Raw Organic Food Bars. The main ingredients are organic cashew butter, organic dates, organic agave nectar, and organic brown rice protein. They are 80% raw, with 8 g protein, 10 g fat, 21 g sugar, and 4 g fiber. They also have some greens in them.

If I eat these for b-fast and lunch, do you think I’ll thrive?

  1. Hannibal the Cannibal says:

    In a word: no.

You need much more than just cashews, dates, agave nectar, and brown rice to live. You’re depriving your body of many nutrients and calories by sticking to just this for breakfast and lunch.

Just because it says "raw" and "organic" doesn’t mean that you should live off of them.
